Dear Class of 2019,

jana-valentine.jpgOn behalf of the entire Office of Residence Life staff, congratulations on your acceptance to Providence College and welcome to Friartown! We are very excited to assist your transition from your home to our residence halls.

The primary goal of the Office of Residence Life is to provide a comfortable environment where resident students are provided the opportunity to extend their learning beyond the classroom.  At Providence College, we have highly-qualified Complex Directors, Hall Directors, and Resident Assistants in each of our residence halls who will serve as a campus resource. These staff members are committed to developing communities that create lasting memories for our residents.  In addition to serving as a resource, our Residence Life staff hosts programs in the residence halls, organizes community service  opportunities, and advises the hall council where all resident students can get involved in developing their community.

Throughout the website, you will find information to help your transition from your home to our halls.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Residence Life at reslife@providence.edu or 401-865-2392.

Sincerely,
Jana Valentine
