Concannon Fitness Center Programming

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Improve your overall health and wellbeing by engaging in regular physical activity and exercise at the Concannon Fitness Center. Take advantage of FREE group exercise classes, equipment orientations and other special programs. Certified Personal Trainers are available for a small fee. ​

​Group Exercise

Achieve results by working out in a group with a certified Fitness instructor. Choose from a wide range of class such as Body Pump, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, and more! Working out in a group gives you the confidence and support you need to stay motivated and continue working towards YOUR best body! Group exercise suits all fitness levels, no matter how fit you are. You’ll gain strength and endurance from exercising with others and you’ll motivate each other to work harder, and push yourself just a little more.​​​​​​

Personal Training

The Providence College Personal Training Program is available to all students and CFC members. Our nationally certified personal trainers can provide you with the education and​ instruction you will need to reach your health and fitness goals. Participants meet with a certified personal trainer, one-on-one or with a buddy, who will design and guide you through a personalized fitness regimen.  Members of the Providence College community who are interested in learning more about the personal training program can visit the personal training information page on the MyPC portal
