Fitness

Improve your overall health and wellbeing by engaging in regular physical activity and exercise at the Concannon Fitness Center. Take advantage of FREE group exercise classes, equipment orientations and powerlifting competitions. Certified Personal Trainers are available for a small fee as well as special fitness programs which run throughout the academic year.

* 8:00 p.m. - Vinyassa Flow
