I am locked out of Banner. How do I unlock my account?
If you are using your personal Banner account, you should first try using the Banner Password Reset tool, found under the "Links for Everyone" section on the left side of Internal. If that does not work, you will need to call the Helpdesk at 865-4357 to have a work order entered.

How do I put an icon for Banner on my desktop?
- Right-click on your desktop.
- Choose New.
- Choose Shortcut.
- Enter "http://inb.providence.col" (without the quotation marks) in the empty field.
